What do we do?

 

Basically we do the sort of thing you would ask your neighbour to do when you're away....but don't want to burden them with the responsibility......

 

Adjust the curtains...

 

Switch different lights off and on...

 

Put the bins out on bin day...


Bring them back in the next day...

 

Move post away from the front door/porch...

 

Water your houseplants or garden...

 

Clear leaves/debris away from your front door making it looked 'lived in'...

 

Switch the heating back on before you get home...

 

Popping a fresh pint of milk in the fridge for your return...

 

That's what we do!

Where do we do it?

 

Currently we cover the same area as my pet minding business.....

 

That's most of south London and north Surrey. Post codes SW4, SW11, SW12, SW17, SW18, SW19, SW20, SM3, SM4, and parts of SW16 and CR4

 

However if your property is just outside our area, do ask anyway, as we will regularly look at extending our boundaries, and may be able to help.

 

Please note we would never compromise your security in pursuit of free advertising... for example we do not use signwritten vehicles, or discuss our visits with neighbours (unless you have given us permission to do so).  

When do we work?

 

As Professional Neighbour works in conjunction with our sister company Aristocats Pet Minding Ltd, we already work 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 

You can book us to visit your home or business every day while you are away...or just once or twice a week. It's up to you, we can be as flexible as you wish!

 

You may like us to visit on 'bin day' to put the waste bins out for collection, or the day after to tuck them back away.

 

In the summer you may like us to come each day to water your garden.

 

We can gather your post regularly and forward it on to you if you are away for a while, or are expecting something important.

 

You may like us to log your telephone messages frequently and then clear the tapes so you don't miss any calls.

What does it cost?

We charge £15 per visit, with a minimum visit of one a week, and maximum visit of one a day.

 

If you would like a welcome pack of fresh groceries for your return, you will be charged at the cost of the items plus a £7 shopping fee.

 

There is no extra shopping fee for just a pint or two of milk in the fridge - you just pay for the milk!

 

Our fees are invoiced, and payment is by bank transfer or cheque by return.
